Shared common areas feature a modern open plan kitchen, dining and living room on the main entry level which offers a reverse cycle air condtioner.
The kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances also with microwave and fridge/freezers with allocated shelves. There is also lockable storage cupboards for each room in this area.
Access to the deck from the living area includes outdoor seating.
On the downstairs level is a second living area which leads to the paved out door area and clotheslines.
Both living areas provide large wall mounted LED TV.
There is a stylish bathroom and separate toilets on each level. The laundry is included in the downstairs bathroom and provides a washing machine.
All utilities are included and regular cleaning of the common areas only once per week is provided.
