About The Role? Are you someone that enjoys being out of the office? We are looking for a dynamic Property Manager specializing in Field Services. This role involves traveling to different locations for inspections and working on the frontline of property management. If you thrive in a hands-on environment, enjoy engaging with clients directly, and have a passion for property management, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Vacate Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of properties when tenants vacate. Vacate Reports - In Office: Prepare detailed reports on property conditions post-vacancy. Replying to Tenant Listing Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries. Open Homes & Private Viewings: Host open homes and private viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants. IRE Open Home Reports: Compile and submit reports on open home events. Tenant selection: Working with the team to select the best tenancy candidates. Completing Entry Condition Reports: Document the condition of properties before new tenants move in. Entry Reports - In Office: Prepare comprehensive entry condition reports. Collecting Management Take Over's/File Pick Up's: Manage the transition of property management files. Completing Routine Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and compliance. Routine Reports - In Office: Compile and submit routine inspection reports. Lock Box Collection/Delivery: Handle the secure collection and delivery of lockboxes. Adhoc Appointments: Manage various unscheduled appointments and tasks as needed. Property Valuations: Assist in conducting property valuations. Skills & Experience Required: Systems orientated with exceptional attention to detail and a can do attitude Highly organised with time management skills and proven ability to prioritise Must hold a Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient skills with using online technologies Outstanding customer service Act professionally and ethically always Must be a team player Property Me experience and realestate experience is desirable but not a must Drivers license is a must.
