Holding a Class 1 Real Estate License, along with Auctioneer and Stock & Station credentials, Chelsea combines technical skill with natural leadership. She mentors her team to deliver exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and investors, while ensuring compliance, reducing vacancy rates, and maximising rental returns across the portfolio.

Chelsea’s love for property began in childhood, surrounded by construction, and has since grown into a career dedicated to excellence in the Newcastle property management industry.
