Single ensemble bed, must bring own linen, mattress protector only will be provided

Wi-Fi and water included in rent.
*Each room fitted with individual meters for electricity & a charges will apply at 25 cents per kilowatts per room.(average cost based on similar facility, for every 3 monthly charges cost was between $30 - $75, this will depend mainly on the air conditioner use in your room).
Rooms will be offered 6 - 10 month leases
Strictly NO pets or animals permitted.
