• Combined open plan living spaces, kitchens (with lockable storage cupboards for each room) and dining areas which are all air conditioned. Multiple laundries for each level/wings and off street parking spaces will be available.
• Free Wi-Fi, water usage, electricity is metered at a small cost per kilowatt. Regular cleaner for all common areas and onsite managers for assistance to our tenants (Property Manager is your first point of contact).
• Each room fitted with individual meters for electricity & charges will apply at 25 cents per kilowatts per room.
• Lease terms are 6-12 months. Short term options may be considered.
• Strictly NO pets or animals permitted, no couples permitted.
